DSB is upgrading infrastructural systems at many stations across Denmark. For maintaining, preparing and setting up train sets. Grating platforms with integrated power supply posts are established to keep train sets warm.

HSM has constructed grated platforms for Nykøbing Falster, Odense, Kalundborg, Esbjerg, Aarhus, Aalborg and Fredericia.

The hot-galvanised, serrated grates are slip-proof. The grated platforms are provided with integrated external power supply posts with two outlets for each 24 m.

All the contracts were performed under stringent safety conditions as the work was carried out in a railway line area with daily train service.
