The Maritime Museum in Elsinore is built below ground around Doc 1 in the port of Elsinore. The award winning architecture is designed by the internationally renowned architects from BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group.

It is quite unlike any other museum in the world and proved immensely challenging to execute.

HSM Industri was responsible for the assembly of the 700 tons of bridge elements produced in China. The installation lasted for 8 weeks and the Maritime Museum was ready for opening on October 5, 2013.
