Extension of the production area with several square meters in different ground heights.

All the different floor decks were assembled with everything from small beams to beams of 500 kg. To avoid the use of scaffolding, we hired some professional climbers to mount the beams.

Assembly of several steel structures in ATEX area during full-scale production. ATEX is a hazardous area classification (‘Atmosphere explosible’). The area requires special restrictions on equipment to avoid the risk of creating sparks or heat.

This means that conventional power tools must not be present in the area. Work must therefore be thoughtfully and carefully planned in a slightly unconventional way.
