District heating
We were turnkey contractor for NRGi for the establishment of the district heating network in Gjerrild, Ørum and Glesborg. In Trustrup, we established the district heating network for Trustrup District Heating Station.

Energy supply
We have been a partner in the development of many of the technical solutions integrated in the energy infrastructure in Djursland.   

Complete piping system for hot water (190ºC)
For GKF (Grenaa Municipality's Incineration Plant) and DEG (Dong Energy Grenaa), we have calculated, designed and constructed a complete piping system for hot water (190ºC). The task was carried out using pre-insultated pipes for underground installation.

Underground steam transmission pipeline
Production and mounting of steam transmission pipeline from DEG to BASF. The task was carried out using pre-insultated pipes for underground installation.

1.6 km steam transmission pipeline
Production and mounting of 1.6 km steam transmission pipeline, Ø500 mm, from Grenaa CHP Plant to SCA Djursland.

800 m steam transmission pipeline
We have calculated, designed and produced a DN 300-PN16 steam transmission line from DEG to DDSF. This steam transmission pipeline is a closed system with an associated condensate system.

It was a challenging task to calculate the foundation and pile driving for a pipeline that yields 1 m over a distance of 800 m when steam is emitted.

Biogas plant
We have installed two gas motors and handled the gas and district heating installation at Bånlev Biogas Plant.
We have also been involved in the construction of minor biogas plants in collaboration with the then Dansk Biogas.
